Cheryl Gilroy works as a Facilitator, Mediator, Coach. She holds qualifications in Psychology, Human Resource Development and Social Psychology. Her Masters Thesis was on the utilisation of the brain to improve human organisational performance. She has worked all over the world in optimising organisational performance and is passionate about tapping into talent, and building human resilience. Cheryl works extensively with both the government and corporate sector within Australia, the US, the middle east ( Saudi Arabia) and Europe in organisational development. Some organisations she worked include with the Australian Federal Police, The Australian Institute of Sport (Life-skills for Elite Athletes Program) The Human Rights Commission and many Federal and local government organisations on optimising systems and people-performance.
