What is our Training/learning philosophy?

One of the greatest challenges for training and development professionals is to ensure that learning is significant, long lasting and leads to desirable changes in behaviour. For this challenge we use Accelerated and Experiential Learning Techniques, which involves whole brain learning. We pride ourselves on designing quality programs that " stick " long after the learning has finished.

Accelerated and experiential learning programs are non-threatening, learner centred, relaxed, multifaceted, active and fun. All learning styles are catered for. The delivery is designed to be directly relevant to the participants needs. With this process participants can implement they're learning reflect their results and obtain feedback from others.

Sometimes, training is not the answer.

There is no, one 'best way' to solve organisational challenges. We are able to diagnose needs and recommend the most effective process's to fully utilise organisations people and resources.

We know that these strategies are critical to both successful training and organisational development, and integrate them into our programs.

What Techniques do we use?

The focus is client centred with real life simulations and experiences for the client to both solve and learn

How do we evaluate process improvement?

Success is measured in four ways:

  1. Individual clients evaluate their own progress against their goals: they will advise the coaches of their evaluation;
  2. The coaches will hold participants accountable to there goals and actions
  3. By demonstrating learnt skills and strategies in work and life;
  4. Follow-up by with all clients with in two months of coaching program or facilitation completion
